JAIPUR : Food lovers in the Pink City are in for a culinary treat this month as Hilton Jaipur launches "Dus Din Dilli Ke," a 9-day food festival hosted at its signature restaurant, Aurum, from September 5 to 13, 2026. The promotion brings the rich flavors, aromas, and historic recipes of India's capital directly to local diners.

A guest chef traveling directly from Delhi will helm the kitchen, using time-honored techniques to replicate the distinctive character of the capital's food culture. The extensive menu spans iconic dining destinations across Delhi, including:
Jama Masjid Kebab Street: Signature non-vegetarian offerings such as Jama Masjid Seekh Kebab, Mutton Shami Kebab, Tawa Galouti Kebab, Burra Kebab, and Dilli-style Fish Tikka.
Matia Mahal Mughlai Dastar hwan: Hearty slow-cooked preparations like Nihari Gosht paired with Kha meri Roti, Chicken Changezi, Murgh Musallam, and rich Biryanis.
Purani Dilli Street Food Bazaar: Live chaat counters serving favorites like Daulat Ki Chaat, Ram Ladoo, Dahi Bhalla, Aloo Tikki, and Chole Kulche.
Dilli Ki Roti & Paratha Gali: Freshly baked breads from the tandoor and tawa, including Sheermal, Rumali Roti, and Keema Parathas.
Dilli Ki Meethai Gali: Classic sweet finishes featuring Shahi Tukda, Kulfi Falooda, Jalebi & Rabri, and traditional halwas.
Speaking about the festival, Rahul Bhagat, General Manager of Hilton Jaipur, highlighted the city's diverse food history. "Delhi's culinary identity is as diverse and vibrant as the city itself," Bhagat said. "With 'Dus Din Dilli Ke', we are bringing the authentic flavours and spirit of the capital to Jaipur... this promotion invites our guests to experience Delhi one flavour at a time."
The festival runs daily for lunch and dinner service at Aurum throughout its nine-day stretch.
