Jaipur, Rajasthan | July 7, 2026 — A tragic road accident occurred Tuesday morning in Jaipur's Shyam Nagar area when a reportedly speeding truck lost control and rammed into pedestrians standing beside the busy 200 Feet Bypass Road.
According to preliminary information, the truck broke through a metal roadside safety barrier before striking five people. Three children were killed in the collision, while two other victims sustained serious injuries and were rushed to a nearby government hospital for emergency treatment.
Witnesses described the truck as swerving uncontrollably moments before leaving the roadway. The impact severely damaged the vehicle and caused panic among bystanders.
