A large-scale rally organized by the Jat Reservation Struggle Committee brought together thousands of community members in Bharatpur on Sunday, renewing demands for Central OBC reservation benefits for Jats residing in Bharatpur, Dholpur, and Deeg districts.

The "Hunkar Rally," held at the city's Numaiash Ground, featured several political leaders and community representatives. Among the prominent attendees was Member of Parliament Hanuman Beniwal, who reiterated his commitment to advocating for the rights of farmers, soldiers, Dalits, and marginalized communities.

The rally gained additional attention after comments made by Beniwal regarding Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma reportedly displeased BJP MLA Jagat Singh of Nadbai. According to attendees, Singh attempted to object to the remarks before eventually leaving the stage while the speech continued.

Speaking at the event, MP Sanjana Jatav emphasized that the reservation issue affects the future of thousands of young people across the region. She argued that Jats in Bharatpur, Dholpur, and Deeg should receive the same reservation benefits enjoyed by members of the community in other parts of Rajasthan.

Jatav stated that voters had repeatedly urged her to raise the reservation issue during the Lok Sabha election campaign and that she had subsequently presented the matter in Parliament.

The rally concluded with calls for continued dialogue with the Central Government and renewed efforts by community leaders to secure reservation benefits for the affected districts.
