Jaipur: Technocraft Ventures Ltd. is set to enter the Indian capital markets with a book-built mainboard IPO comprising 1.1881 crore equity shares, including a fresh issue of 95.05 lakh shares and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 23.76 lakh shares.

The company has fixed the IPO subscription period from August 7 to August 11, 2026, while listing on both the BSE and NSE is tentatively scheduled for August 14, 2026.

Although the final price band had not been announced at the time of publication, the company intends to raise approximately ₹150 crore through the fresh issue, largely to strengthen working capital requirements.

Technocraft Ventures has built its business around government infrastructure contracts, executing projects for state governments and public agencies in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Delhi and other northern Indian regions.

Its operations span multiple sectors including water supply projects, sewage treatment plants, highways, urban infrastructure, electrical distribution networks and trenchless pipeline construction.
